St Luke’s Church Hall, Erleigh Road, Reading, RG1 5LR
The Reading Guild of Artists are holding an exhibition and sale of ‘small works’ at St Luke’s Church Hall, Erleigh Road in Reading.
RGA artists have worked on a small scale to create intimate and varied artworks that are engaging and affordable. This is a great opportunity for art lovers to browse the artworks and maybe buy a unique gift for Christmas, or one for their own home which will fit into that small empty gap.
The exhibition is open for three days, on Friday 31st October from 2 – 5 pm, Saturday 1st November from 10 am – 6 pm and Sunday 2nd November from 12 noon – 4 pm.

Festival of Arts & Crafts at The Base, Greenham, RG19 6HN; 13-27 September 2025
This exhibition will display the works of local artists. It is part of a festival of arts including a programme of taster workshops, a craft fair on 13-14th September and childrens activities.
I saw some of the artworks on hand in day, and there’s a wide variety of high quality items. I’m excited to see it curated and hung together.

‘Common Ground’
This was a collaborative exhibition between myself, Wendy Reed Photographer and Gerry Coles Printmaker, held in Henley-on-Thames, August 2025.
We worked together to interpret 3 shared themes, including wild garlic, foxgloves and poppies especially for this show. And we showcased how our art complements each other with other shared themes of colour and seasons.
We knew each other from taking part in Oxfordshire Artweeks in Watlington in previous years. It became apparent that there were synergies between how we see and capture the world.
We all have a collective appreciation for nature and see similar themes and beauty in the local countryside and wildlife. We capture it differently in our respective mediums and styles but it all starts from a similar place of getting out in nature and looking for places and flora that inspire us.
