Warm oranges combined with cool blues and creams gives the feeling of walking through a tunnel of trees in Autumn. It could be a walk through the forest, or along an ancient holloway or drover’s road.

- Description
‘Autumn Tunnel Woods’ is a contemporary interpretation of an autumn woodland, where the complexity of trees, branches and foliage has been stripped back to its essential shapes, colours and lines. I’ve simplified the scene to create a bold, almost minimalist composition to represent a canopy of trees arching overhead, forming a tunnel that draws the viewer into the woods.
A palette of burnt orange, rust and deep blue-grey contrasts with soft creams and muted neutrals. The result is a fresh, modern interpretation of traditional autumn colours.
Fits a frame 12×15 inches. Supplied signed, mounted and wrapped in recyclable cellophane.
