Greetings Card from my original painting 'Pigeon Wood.' This is one of my ‘Tunnel Woods’ paintings - I’ve done many of these in different colour ways.

Here, I’ve taken the colours of wood pigeons and ramped up the colour to create this striking, contemporary avenue of trees.

    Greetings Card from my original painting ‘Goldfinch Tunnel Woods.’  It’s one of my 'avenue of trees' modern woodland paintings.

    I paint a series of these works, inspired by the tunnels/avenues of beech trees near my home. I take the colour palette from birds, as nature already harmonises the colour scheme.

    In this case, the colours of goldfinches which I find beautiful and serene. It's always a good day when the goldfinches visit the bird feeders in my garden.
