Greetings Card from my original painting ‘Kingfisher Woods.’ It’s one of my 'avenue of trees' modern woodland paintings.
I paint a series of these works, inspired by the tunnels/avenues of beech trees near my home. I take the colour palette from birds, as nature already harmonises the colour scheme.
In this case, the colours of kingfishers which are so magical and irridescent as they fly along the riverways. And a glorious combination of turquoise and orange.
Blank inside for your own message, so perfect for any occasion.
